Installation
User does not need to install our miRseqViewer on any OS platform. You just download it and run it on anywhere.
Mac user
When you download an archive file (.zip) from our website and unzip the file, you can see folders and files in the unzipped folder as shown below figure. The miRseqViewer basically contains three folders and a file that you certainly need to run the miRseqViewer.
- config : There are three property files.
- log : This is a log directory.
- resources : There are 3 sub-directories. 1) data(database); 2) html; 3) images (splash)
- MSV 1.0 : Executable file
If you see a dialog as shown in the figure below after the miRseqViewer is launching, see This document in the forum will help you to resolve this issue.
Windows user

- java1.7 : Jdk1.7 for javafx library
- log : This is a log directory.
- resources : There are 3 sub-directories. 1) data(database); 2) html; 3) images (splash)
- msv.jar : Executable jar file
